Staff – The clinical staff consists of Minnesota Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselors, a medical director, consulting psychologist, nurse, dietician, and trained medication administrators/techs

Program Features – Rebecca’s residence has three phases in the treatment process, which are individualized for each woman as they go through our program.
Phase I
- Recognize the negative impact chemical use has had in all of their life areas, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially
- Become aware of self-defeating behavior patterns and distorted thinking
- Start taking personal responsibility for their lives
Phase II
- Build on personal strengths
- Initiate behavior changes necessary for an abstinence-based lifestyle
- Through cognitive skills work address the negative patterns and replace them with a more positive outlook
- Identify personal relationship concerns
Phase III
- Learn to implement positive strategies to prevent relapse
- Develop an aftercare plan that helps promote a spiritual and holistic recovery program
