Full-time position available working with Adults and/or Adolescents in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Minnesota Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
-Graduate from an accredited chemical dependency counselor training program
-Training working with the Six Dimensions for Rule 31 clinics
-Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities Include:
-Assessment of chemical use problems and intake
-Creation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans
-Deliver psycho-educational lectures
-Maintain own caseload and facilitate group and individual therapy as needed

Job Opening: Program Director

Location: Paul’s Place

HCHS is looking for a Program Director for our new location to open September 1, 2008 in Farmington, MN.  The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing a staff and working with clients in a 6- to 10-bed Men’s Primary Residential Treatment Center.

Applicant must be a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota, have supervisory experience and knowledge of licensing requirements.
